SuppaTech is a UK-based technology retailer supplying laptops, desktop PCs, tablets, 2-in-1 computers, monitors, components and accessories for home, work and business customers.

Straightforward technology

We aim to make buying technology straightforward, with clear product specifications, honest condition descriptions and transparent pricing.

Our product listings explain what you’re buying, what’s included and the condition of the equipment. Prices include VAT where applicable, and VAT invoices are available for business customers.

New, open-box, refurbished and used technology

Our product range includes equipment in several conditions:

  • New: Brand-new, unused products.
  • New – Open Box: New and unused products where the original packaging has been opened.
  • Refurbished Grade A: Refurbished products in excellent cosmetic condition, with minimal signs of previous use.
  • Refurbished Grade B: Refurbished products showing more noticeable cosmetic wear, which is described in the individual listing.
  • Used: Previously used equipment that is not sold as refurbished.

Every product is individually described, with its condition clearly identified. Where applicable, photographs show the actual item being supplied, including any noticeable cosmetic marks.

Stock that changes regularly

Our stock changes frequently, and many products are available in limited quantities.

Once an item sells out, it may be removed from our catalogue. We cannot guarantee that the same model or specification will become available again.

UK delivery and secure payment

Delivery is included in our advertised prices for UK orders.

Payments are processed securely through our online payment provider, and our checkout is designed to make ordering straightforward.

Warranty and support

We provide the following SuppaTech warranties:

  • New and New – Open Box: 12 months.
  • Refurbished Grade A and Grade B: 12 months.
  • Used: 6 months.
