Product images are provided to help identify and describe the product. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your display.
Where a product is described as refurbished, used, open-box or another condition other than new, the relevant condition will be stated on the product page.

Unless stated otherwise, prices displayed to UK consumers include VAT at the applicable rate.
Delivery within the United Kingdom is included in the advertised product price unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Placing an Order
You can place an order through our website by adding products to your basket and completing the checkout process.
Before submitting your order, you will have an opportunity to review your order details, delivery address and total price.
After an order is submitted, we will send an order confirmation electronically.
Acceptance of your order takes place when we confirm that your order has been accepted for processing. If we are unable to accept an order, for example because a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, payment cannot be authorised or we cannot deliver to the supplied address, we will notify you and refund any payment already taken for the affected order.
5. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through our payment service providers. Available payment methods may vary.
You must be authorised to use the payment method provided when placing your order.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and UK islands.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day after the order has been confirmed.
Orders placed during weekends or UK bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.
The delivery service used may depend on the value and nature of the order. Higher-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery times after dispatch depend on the carrier and destination and are not the same as our dispatch time.
Full details are available on our Delivery Information page.
7. Cancellation and Change-of-Mind Returns
If you are purchasing as a consumer online, you generally have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason.
The cancellation period normally ends 14 days after the day on which you, or someone nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
You should notify us clearly if you wish to exercise your right to cancel.
After notifying us of cancellation, you must normally return the goods within a further 14 days.
You may examine the goods as you would reasonably be able to do in a shop. We may be entitled to make an appropriate deduction from a refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Any applicable exclusions to the statutory right to cancel will be explained where relevant.
Further information, including how to request a return, is provided in our Refund & Returns Policy.
This reflects the current distance-selling framework: customers generally have 14 days from receipt to notify the retailer of cancellation and another 14 days to return the goods. GOV.UK
8. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods
Products supplied by SuppaTech must meet the requirements of applicable UK consumer law.
Among other statutory requirements, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where applicable. GOV.UK
If you believe that a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
Your statutory rights are separate from, and are not reduced by, any SuppaTech warranty supplied with a product.
9. Warranty
Products may be supplied with a SuppaTech warranty or another applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
The length and terms of any warranty will be stated on the relevant product page or accompanying warranty information.
A warranty provides rights in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace or restrict those rights.
Please see our Warranty page for further information.
10. Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Although we take reasonable steps to keep stock information accurate, occasionally a product may become unavailable after an order has been submitted.
If we cannot supply a product, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund for any amount already paid for that product.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
